The supplied title indicates a listed pack quantity of 2 Rolls. Treat those descriptors as the starting specification and confirm the current drawing, tolerances and supplied construction before approval.
The source record places this item in the Shrink film group and identifies RAJAPACK UK as the supplier reference. A listed width or roll quantity does not define film thickness, roll length, core, layflat convention, shrink curve or sealing window. Obtain the current technical specification before matching the film to equipment.
Performance depends on the product dimensions, pack arrangement, sharp edges, required presentation, sealer type, tunnel or heat source and line speed. A representative run should check seal strength, shrink uniformity, distortion, holes, wrinkles and product heat exposure using agreed acceptance criteria.
| Information to provide | Why it affects selection |
|---|---|
| Pack dimensions and arrangement | Determines the required film width, cut length, overlap and shrink demand. |
| Film material, thickness and roll data | Material name alone does not confirm gauge, length, core, winding or machine compatibility. |
| Sealer and heat equipment | L-bar, side seal, sleeve wrap, chamber or tunnel arrangements have different film and temperature requirements. |
| Product heat sensitivity and finish | Labels, containers and contents can distort or mark if the heat profile is unsuitable. |
| Quantity, storage and delivery | Roll demand, storage conditions and delivery pattern affect supply planning and the quotation. |
Downgauging or changing film material should be assessed against accepted-pack material use, seal quality, shrink appearance, rejects and product protection. A lower nominal gauge is not an improvement if failures increase.
